CHADY Arts Safe Purchase

Payments made to CHADY Arts are safe and secure. With CHADY Arts your credit card number, expiration date, and cryptograms are encrypted in the transaction.

Sending artwork via a trusted courier is our responsibility. CHADY Arts works closely with our selected shipping companies ensuring they handle the care of your artwork from our warehouse to your front door.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from CHADY Arts you may return your piece within 14 days of the delivery date.

All Artworks shown on the site are original artworks from their respective by CHADY. Along with the Artwork, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the Artist Creator.

Joining and using CHADY Art Website

Signing up with CHADY Arts is a fun way to stay in touch. You’ll have early access to new original art coming to the gallery. You’ll also have access to our art advisors. They’ll help you go through the artwork and artists while you choose a masterpiece fit for you.

Our Artworks price is available upon request. To request a price for a specific artwork please use the price request button on the artwork page and one of our sales associates will be in contact with you within 24 hours.

CHADY Arts accepts all major credit cards, international bank transfers, and PayPal as forms of payment.

Buying and receiving the artwork

In addition to shipping charges, the buyer will also be responsible for paying international customs fees. These fees are determined by the country the artwork is being shipped to.
Customs charges will be paid by the customer when they receive the invoice of the freight forwarder which will take care of the clearance.

Once the payment is received, the order is considered completed, and the shipping company’s email and contact information will be provided. Once we have shipped your order, the tracking will be available on your CHADY Art website account.

If the artwork arrives and you’re not satisfied with your original purchase, you’ll have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the artwork for a refund. You’ll get a refund for the purchased artwork from CHADY Art.

Payment issues

Double-check the information you entered during checkout:
– Did your billing address change recently?
– Did you enter the correct CVV code?
– Did you get a new card with a new expiration date?

Review your bank’s fraud-alert policies
Your bank may flag any suspicious activity on your account. This is not limited to first-time orders or high-value purchases. Your bank may require you to contact them and authorize the purchase before allowing you to complete the transaction.

Review your bank’s daily withdrawal limit
Most banks have limits on how much you can charge on your card in a single day. If you reach this limit, your bank may block your account from any further activity for the day regardless of available funds in the account.

PayPal has various security measures in place to protect its users from fraudulent activity. For this reason, PayPal may prohibit a buyer from submitting payment. If you’re experiencing issues using your PayPal account, please contact PayPal directly for assistance, or visit their website for troubleshooting information.
